I have had similar problems where the supplier blames a subcontractor for the problem then they both blame each other until one of them gives in and reluctantly rectifies the issue. In this case don't hold your breath.

RE: Sampler tool not working in SF 18
I've just upgraded to Sound Forge Pro 18 and am encountering the same issue. The sampler tool is not working. No errors are generated, just nothing happens at all when trying to open the tool. I've also just opened a Magix support case.

Its 2026 video deluxe. when Installed the program they said I could download extra content later. I cant use color in my texts or any other effect. It says in help menu I can activate and download content. But having issues with the rest.

I also used Xara Web Designer Premium for one of my projects (Carpet Heroes), and honestly it’s pretty easy to work with once you get used to it. Just make sure your export and hosting settings are correct, that’s where most issues usually happen.

RE: Fonts not displaying; can't use certain style fonts
I did have an issue with a different 'older' TTF font which showed the same behaviour as you are getting, the only solution was to convert it to an OpenType Font format. Solution: I downloaded the same font from Dafont:
