Thanks John, that did work. Just seems a lot to do versus other editors I have. What I did try and it worked was I inserted my video made my edits inserted the intro then exported then imported back and added the outro then exported again. Cutting

@johnebaker - Thanks John! That was the problem. Once I converted the 2 videos to use of a constant frame rate, VDL 2026 correctly imported the entire video for editing.

Thanks John for the thought, however I have tested one of my drone videos that is recorded with no soundtrack whatsoever, and I have the same error with MMS 2024. I keep searching and trying to find a solution somewhere but I'm not having any luck.
