  The exact same thing happened to me on January 12th when purchasing an upgrade to Vegas Pro 23. I opened a support ticket and sent a follow up email five days later. I have yet to hear anything. I will consider filing a Paypal claim.

  Sound Forge under Boris FX has less activity because the priority is Vegas, just like during the Magix era. But I hope Boris FX can fix some of Sound Forge's bugs. Yeah. Let's just hope that newer Sound Forge versions will be better than the ones

  Yes, that is how I log into my Magix account. I do not do it from within either Vegas or Magix user forums. Logging in from the forum requires two logins, one for the forum and one for Magix.
