  Activating the "Extra" (included) effects packages in Movie Studio 202
  I have tried contacting NewBlue, proDAD, and Magix for support (the latter cannot even create a support ticket - "The support request could not be saved."). I bought Magix Movie Studio 2024 Suite on 29 December 2025. I have today (18th Feb 2026)

  Good Morning John I used your "Creating a transition from a video clip using the Mask Generator" and it works perfectly for me. I've made about 10 different transitions from that tutorial and that's more than enough for me. I don't need to buy that

  I am running Win 11. I got the same error when trying to use Movie Studio 17.0 Platinum after a long period of not using it. Yes, this is an old program, but years ago it did what I wanted. Anyway, maybe my experience is similar for anyone
