  I now use an iphone 15 photos and they have an extension ".HEIC." HEIC does not seem to work in Photostory. It loads into photostory but doesn't open the files. Is there an update to Photostory or another fix for this?

  I am using the freeware Dive color corrector, which allows batch processing. It does not allow changing codecs, so I am not sure, if this will work. But your comment led to another solution: I can import the original GoPro files into the Photostory

  @Cory-Whiteman Hi Your computer specs look fine for Photostory. Assuming the Samsung EVO is an internal drive, ie not a USB external drive, check the Device options Video Mode is set to the Intel UHD 630 as shown below. John EBForum Moderator
