I recently purchased photostory 2026 but i'm having a problem I cannot find the activation code
the number it's not on disk or the package it came in please email me the activation code

There are no Magix staff present here so no-one can email you any activation code, sorry!
However, you say you purchased PS 2026 on disk. From where did you purchase it? Magix software supplied on disk will include either a Serial Key (beginning P3-) or a voucher code (so NOT beginning with P3-!)
Have you carefully checked the package that the disk came in? A serial key can be entered in the registration screen that appears when you first run the program; a voucher code needs to be redeemed. Full instructions can be found at https://www.magix.info/us/support?question=349256&category=0&title=how-can-i-redeem-the-voucher-code-for-my-box-version. That will generate a serial key sent to you via email which you can then enter in the registration screen I mentioned above.

I purchased this program quite a few years ago but only use it a few times every year or two. I am being asked for an activation code & I no longer have the box. what can I do?
Visit www.magix.com and click the persona icon on the top right to get to the Service Center. Login with the email address you used using the product years ago and you'll find it then in the "My products" section.
