  Not getting support only getting Ai
  I have always used Photostory But Now I can't use my Photostory 2025 I am not getting any personal help only AI when I ask questions . I had to get windows 11 and a New computer so My old Photo story couldn't so on it , so I purchased Photostory

  can't find activation code

  Thanks for quick reply John and useful vid. As it happens I got a few d+d inserts on storyboard yesterday then it stopped again. Noticed tip while dragging 'Press Ctrl for further insert/replace options' and that worked on both timeline and

  [Solved] PS2026 Fresh Install - Hangs on Initialising slideshow

  Hmmm mysterious here's screenshot of ctrl tip on timeline since when I have had no problems inserting, it was the previous drag and drop that I found veeeery hit and miss. Also puzzled that I had been struggling for a couple of days before the ctrl

  @cherba The Magix Support system seems, currently, to be almost non-existent, unfortunately. No-one seems to definitively know why but you will find a number of posts in these forums where users are stating a lack of response to emails and support
