  mp3 or .wav doesn`t matter the program won`t open,not even as administrator ,this error prevents opening the program. should i reinstall the program to start fresh?

  while downloading a mp3 file got an error message ,prompting a send notification to Magix but no response on a correction or fix. The software is crashed ,can`t close the program or use. do i uninstall,reinstall need help or would like to buy
