RE: The output formats are messed up in Movie Studio 2024
The movie is "The Leathernecks have landed" and the frame should be 4:3. Yes the sidebars are burned in. The original had been transferred to digital from an unknown source, possibly a 16mm movie, but could have been captured from a TV broadcast. It

RE: Family History Cassette Tape Project - Tips to Begin?
@SP. and @browj2 - Many thanks for your replies. I do indeed get the 101 error. I tried using the 32-bit version instead, but then when running Auto Cleaning and some other functions I received new error messages that I suspect were memory related.

    RE: Black screen in video
@friendflyer Hi, that is a MOV HEVC file. iPhone introduced it not too long ago & it caused a bit of trouble. For me in general .MOV often don't work too well, some .MOV formats don't work at all in Magix Movie Studio 2025, HEVC is a fairly new

    RE: "Missing" audio in VPX16
@AAProds @CubeAce @ericlnz @johnebaker In the end, as a quick workaround, I opened the "silent" file in Handbrake, made as few changes as possible and exported as .mp4. Sound restored and playable in VPX16. But not ideal when the final output is

@Jan-Stribny Hi and welcome to the user to user forums. First there is a big difference between a video player on a computer and a video editor. Just because a file will play in a player doesn't mean a video editor will be able to do the same. The

RE: some transitions not being implemented after export
@jim-thorley Hi Jim. I can see not technical reason for the transitions not to work. My own exports were to MP4 at 4K. It could be a driver issue, the latest Studio driver from nvidia is 560.81 and the one I am using or it could be an optional

@Brian-Obvilion Hi . . . . I'm starting to believe the problem is circling around the fps. My individual movie settings are 7fps.... the master movie is 7fps, I export at 7fps, thus the output should be 7fps? I noticed yours is much higher. Or

RE: What Apple format: Apple ProRes or HEVC codecs can Movie Studio run?
@Bol sigh, another codec issue? It looks like there may be more issues than I had counted on w/ ProRes .MOV format. I'd read that iMovie can run the ProRes files, so another 'last resort' way I could at least use the video, but I just did a few
