  Thanks John for the thought, however I have tested one of my drone videos that is recorded with no soundtrack whatsoever, and I have the same error with MMS 2024. I keep searching and trying to find a solution somewhere but I'm not having any luck.

  Thank you, SP. Have you seen the d103.magix page online? It tries to claim it will be compatible with all later versions. It sucks to not know this in advance, sure. I will check how to create that firewall exception. Cheers.

  @Steve-Summerlin @johnebaker MEP 2016 can import AV1 using the Microsoft AV1 decoder, so MMS 2023 should do likewise. Thanks John!

  Thanks for the reply! Per your instructions, I deleted it and restarted. The issue persists. It is not static. When beginning to play a file, it will repeat a second or so into it. As it continues to play, it seems to be OK.

  Does SoundForge (17) include playback speed control?
  Does the upgraded version of Sound Forge Audio Studio (17) include playback speed control?I have version 12 and it only plays things at the normal speed, but I seek to playback in faster modes.Thank you, - Chayim
