  @Patricia-Stuart How old is it? If it was released before 2008 I don't think the copy protection is compatible with modern Windows 11 and won't recognize the original CD.

  @dan_lachance Hi Dan. When you last posted a similar problem you were using an nvidia 1030 I think and trying to use the effect on HD video. If you are now trying to render 4K video I think you are running into similar problems as before as the 3050
