Get no sound

I run audio cleaning lab version 22 and use a startech 7.1 USB sound card, audio cleaning lab detects the USB sound card and I set the sound to the sound built into the pc so I can hear the audio, use a line in cable that plugs into the headphone

Music maker very slow since latest update
