Video Display/Audio in Video Deluxe 2026

After importing a video a black screen is displayed but the audio plays, I have changed the hardware acceleration to CPU as instructed but it still has the same outcome. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for the reply! Per your instructions, I deleted it and restarted. The issue persists. It is not static. When beginning to play a file, it will repeat a second or so into it. As it continues to play, it seems to be OK.
