RE: Trying to work out how to do motion tracking (blur out an object)
OK. I have a video where the subject moves smoothly enough as I am panning across the image while the subject stands still. It seems that the tracking is OK if the subject stays sharp and does not move too fast. So if I am videoing in lower light

@CubeAce Hi Ray, I see that you still have not watched my tutorials on Everything Audio in MEP/VPX. You have somewhat mixed up track and object curves and their functions and tools and how to use them. @FF22 - You should watch my two tutorials on

@MME007 @AAProds @johnebaker Hi Marc. I have spent more time than I care to mention on this but for selfish reasons as much as to try to get to the bottom of this. Conclusion of what I am seeing. Tell me if anything is wrong. First, that your Sony

RE: Movie Studio 2023 Moving an object one frame at a time.
@browj2 I had to zoom and pan on most of the scenes and use keyframes. I did this using Size/Position/Rotation instead of Camera/Zoom Shot. As a result, I did a lot of playing around to see where to go and where the edge was. Using CZS would have

@art-l Good question (s)! Re the Duration, I have never been able to work out what that is used for. All of the options in the effect area itself are simply pre-programmed, canned crops and pans. The only one of those I use is the "from/to section"

RE: selecting multiple objects to split from stereo into mono
@warren-Loomes Once all tracks are separated all pan controls should be centered and the export should be mono. Do make sure when the files are brought to be mono that the audio doesn't peak above 0dbm as you could get a 3db surge in volume. Ray.

RE: Two minutes of music is "silent" or gone or...
@browj2 Hi John. There are 2 audio curves available - Track Volume Curve and Object Volume Curve. They are separate. Ray, the draw Curve tool is a tool, not a curve. It applies only to Object Curves, not to Track level curves. The Curve tool can be

RE: No way to keyframe "Section" in View/Animation effects?
@eSonOfAnder Aha! The old Section and Camera/Zoomshot. I love them both. You are correct about Section. You cannot keyframe it. It is a one-shot set-and-forget for that entire clip. It is designed to keep life simple if you need to zoom in a bit

    RE: Keyframe is greyed out
@Arcee Unfortunately, you've been conned. What you have now is Magix Movie Studio, which is totally different to Vegas Movie Studio. Vegas Movie Studio was stopped a couple of years ago and Magix (probably not intentionally) offered an "upgrade",

@CarpentersMate @AAProds Hi, agreed a little misunderstanding there, @testataan says "higher fps gives better motion sharpness", this isn't referring to slow motion, yes you'd get a better video if you slowed 59.94 down compared to 29.97, but the
