  Regardless of what the theory is, a computer with a 770 and a 3060 or 4060 will encode AV1 at a user-set bitrate. Perhaps the required spec is the CPU. Thanks Andy.

  @Tusk Hi. Just caught your last post as I was making my post at the time. Looking at what is and isn't running from the Task Manager results shows only one GPU in use. Are you only running one monitor? Getting the other GPU to kick in may help. John
