  @beth-hall It could be that your video needs a computing intensive decoding process. Are you using an USB audio interface with ASIO drivers? Or is everything running on your computer? It might help to increase the buffer size in the driver settings.

  @Campbell-McMahan Ok. Have you tried restarting the computer? Please select the Restart option and not the Shut down option, otherwise it might not help. If you cannot select the ASIO driver after restarting, there could be a more severe problem.
