RE: Encoding different than preview HELP?

All of the above...contrast isnt the problem, it works and looks great in the preview but after encoding...I get the full face...in otherwords, it's not blending in with the main image. as you have done with the building.

dance adition 4

Charlie, One way is to use an 'alpha effect' mask. You make a stack of three tracks (I'm ignoring any audio here): your video clip a B&W image of say a circle or oval with 'Effects' tab >> 'Video effects' >> 'Chroma key'

I agree with asoeli. A video that has background sounds creates ambience which without any of the original audio seems like a moving slide show especially if you can actually see the traffic and people talking. Reduce the camera based audio
