RE: Left and Right video channels are not in sync.
@Marvin-Pitney Hi Marvin. The benefits of promised faster render times or smoother playback on newer programs only comes if the program can be matched to the system specs required for that version. I can only assume the programs you are having less

@SevCardy @browj2 @emmrecs @Scenestealer @me_again@me_again Hi John. Hi John. Yes I had noticed but also noticing what to me looks like some form of in camera stabilisation going on as the some consecutive frames expand and contract very slightly

@Ralph_S Hi Ralph. Do you actually have a Blu-ray recorder or player? You can't play Blu-ray files back on a DVD player. I don't even think you can record Blu-ray data successfully onto a DVD and expect it to play back. The pit pitches are all

@Peter-vanDeursen @emmrecs@emmrecs Hi Peter. To add to John's comments on additional electrical interference. A big one is your mobile phone which constantly send out signals when not in use. Even when things are well shielded. That does sound very

@Peter-vanDeursen Hi . . . . The only challenge left now is that I have a noise in the audio which I think is coming from the noise the computer is making. . . . . If you are using a laptop then this may be a potential cause - they tend to be

    RE: Deadlock
@Chrilles Hi Christian. It's not a bug. It's an unsupported file variance of an established codec made to be compatible only with support of the manufacturer of the hardware. It's a well known problem and few video editing packages outside of Adobe

RE: VPX: Standard Mode vs Compatibility Mode
@Scott-Maas I think that comes down to the the fact digital audio in a sense is a more mature format and the frequencies and playback equipment is nearing its peak from the point of view of how much difference we can perceive with our hearing.

Thank you for your reply. You've confirmed a few things I was thinking! Since my first post my head has starting spinning. No, I don't have a MIDI interface. What I want to to achieve with a MIDI controller will have to be forgotten about for now. I

@Apollo89x Hi. Sorry I've no idea. I don't even use the one within MEP. Have played with it yes, but not used. Companies have been trying for as long as they have been able to to get to the base of the problem and there are very sophisticated system

@me_again Hi Andy. I don't think anyone can be an expert on everything. Thankfully we don't have to be but we do have to learn to be good researchers and if nothing else I am grateful to the education system in Britain that at least taught me how to

John, My computer with my 3 Magix programs was flooded in the high waters of Hurricane Harvey in 2016. Along with all the songs I had mp3'd with the programs. I see my programs under the Magix Service Center/My Products. But can't find where to

Hi there Back with the same issue again - a file over 2GB won't open. I thankfully didn't reach the limit on my last project so it never became an issue. I'm working with the same equipment and specs as I haven't had chance to change anything. Today

@johnebaker Hi John. Thanks for that. There is no such selection available with a right click so I guess that answers that one. It's possible the files were set to a stereo recording but it's the 44kHz blanked out section within MEP movie settings

@browj2 Hi John. I agree with everything you say about the problems involved with adjusting colour curves or overall Gamma. It will vary from frame to frame as well as between the lighter and shadier parts of an image making brighter areas warmer

@johnebaker I haven't tried all the MP4's but a few were downloaded from Youtube years ago, another was an MP4 I output w/ Magix years ago. Up until days ago, I was able to use them w/o any issues. Other MP4's like from my iPhone run w/ no issues
