Samplitude prox 5 suite - Windows 10 - Ozone 9 elements activation

Hi, When opening the pluggin Isotope 9 elements via sound forge. Isotope asked to enter the serial. I entered the serial provided by magix via prox5 suite instalation but isotope says its invalid. Do I have to re instal all the proX5 suite package
