    @Keith-Thomas Does it help if you select Magix Low Latency as the audio driver and if you then click on "Settings" and activate all your needed inputs and outputs in the driver settings?

    Can't record sound playing on Lenovo Thinkpad running Windows 10
    I'm Running Magix Sound Forge Audio Studio 15.0 on a Lenovo Thinkpad, Windows Pro 10. I followed all the recommended steps and variations but can't record sound currently playing/streaming on my computer. I also haven't been able to find fixes

    @Bob-Triggs Please check your audio settings inside the program settings. You can select drivers like Direct Sound, ASIO, WASAPI etc. Try one and configure it. For example, I use ASIO with Magix Low Latency 2016 and this is how I have it configured

    I think the results with ASIO-4-ALL would likely be the same, as the Magix Low Latency 2016 Driver is just ASIO-4-ALL rebranded, if I'm not mistaken...may still be worth trying, though just to see

    @Dave-Rossi, There is an issue with the Magix Low Latency 2016 device in Sound Forge Audio Studio that can cause noise and other issues. Other posts state, a registry entry needs to be removed, so look into this. Search this forum and read the posts
