Acid 10 Pro instruments don't work (buzzing sound)

I'm new to this, and as I'm playing around with the software's midi instruments, no matter what instrument I choose, when I click on keys of the piano roll, I just get a buzzing sound. Does this sound like a settings issue, or just a bad install?
