  @kostas it's not really clear to me, what is the cause of the problem here. In this thread, it was solved by enabling TLS protocols in the Internet options and the disabling the warnings if a connection is redirected:

  @KJS-LES Hi Kami, I assume from your description of the "Easy" version, you're referring to VideoEasy, which is very much a cut-down, very simple video editor. Movie Edit Pro (MEP) was rebadged in, I think, 2022 or 2023, as Magix Movie Studio (MMS)

  [Solved] Tracks skip and play fast after premium download
  Music Maker V 32.0.2.11 Windows 10 home. I purchased premium. After purchase and downloads all tracks play very fast and skip. No tracks works properly. All previous projects will not work either. Tried uninstall and reinstall and no help. It worked

  @Olec, "broken installer" for 18 or 15 and do you mean you cannot install using the install manager or the unpacked .exe installer for the main SF application? .. which would still be in your 'Documents> MAGIX Downloads' folder if you did not

  @AAProds I had to do that, it showed in windows as a white doc file when downloaded, it only shows an MPC file in my pic because I opened it with that player.. Googling it it said something about being able to extract the two files after renaming it

  @Apollo89x I just downloaded that audio from YT using 4k Video Downloader+ and it loads into Magix without issue. There's something dodgy about your downloader software methinks. The MediaInfo from the 4k Downloader file: GeneralComplete name
