  @Pradeep-Raja mxcogg is a file format for the Loops Unlimited subscription. It only works while the subscription is active. WAV is only available if you buy the Soundpools. You need to download the individual Soundpool in the Loops Unlimited

  @FBOMBS The loops included in Music Maker Ultimate are commercially usable. For other Music Maker variants you need to buy a separate commercial license for each Soundpool loop pack you want to use commercially. This is possible via the Music Maker

  @paul-whittle You can drag and drop third party loops from the internal file browser or from Windows Explorer into your project. They won't show up in the internal Loops Tab. This is only for Magix Soundpools.

  @juanmantovar Loops packs in the Music Maker in-app-store are labelled "Soundpools". Soundpools need a very specific description file, subfolders and file naming scheme. Otherwise Music Maker cannot automatically detect the BPM, the instrument type

  @martin-leisborn Ok, some other ideas. Try running Samplitude as administrator by right clicking on the program icon. You could also try to uninstall the Vita Instrument by uninstalling Magix Content and Soundpools from Windows Apps and Features.
