RE: USB mic delay
Hi, If you are expecting music maker to behave as a DAW (digital audio workstation) such as Cakewalk, PreSonus Studio, Acoustica Mixcraft, Sony Acid Studio or any of the other DAWs out there, you have probably chosen the wrong product. It was

RE: recording not done through firewire (DV)
Hi, Since you have camera control through Movie Edit, it seems like your Firewire ports are working and not blown. Can you check to see if you can capture any video using a free utility like WinDV (DV) or HDVSplit (HDV)? This would at least

Batch Recording MEP 2013 Plus
I'm having issues using the batch recording feature in MEP 2013 Plus. After I get my "recording list" set, I hit the record button, the software rewinds my DV camera tape to the first clip in the list start time, and then appears to start

RE: Acquiring video from DVCAM
Hi That depends on the outputs available on the DVCAM. If it has composite and audio outputs then you should be able to capture with the Grabby direct into MEP - you will have to start and stop plyback on the camera manually. If the camera

Is it possible to copy the audio mixer settings to another movie within a project?
I record a lot of guitar lessons in Movie Edit Pro Plus. I'll start a new project and use an HD camera connected directly to the computer through firewire, while recording the sound with my Zoom R16. Then I just take the SD card from the R16 and

RE: MEP 2013 No recognizing old Sony HD Camera
Hi Just o clarify Emmrecs is talking about the Firewire drivers (IEE1394) not the camera drivers - if you have the 64 bit Firewire driveres installed then you need to also install the legacy drivers, which are 32 bit, as well. MEP should then

RE: MEP 2013 No recognizing old Sony HD Camera
I think the answer may lie in how you are connecting your camera to your computer. On the U2U forum of another video editing software someone posted that they could not get that software to read HD video from their camera when connected via

RE: can channels on my mixer be assigned to same number channels on samplitude music studio mixer
In order to do this, your mixer must support multitrack recording over USB, FireWire, etc. Take a look at your mixer's manual to see if it supports multitrack recording. You may need to buy a different mixer or audio interface to accomplish this.

RE: Why doesn't clicking in the Record button start the video "capture" procedure?
