  Thanks, everyone for commenting. It may also be true that while I just purchased what I thought the AD was showing (the newest version), that may not be the version that I wound up downloading. So the Border Effect may not be as present or as easy

  Hi Terry There is a slight border in your MP4 that looks like a normal chroma key fringe as it is in all the objects and border in the inserted object, and is more noticeable in the black/ red chroma key. I am not sure what Yvon Robert is suggesting

  Hi, sometime when you use chromakey and resize the object it appear a black border line line rectangular. Add another effect the sameway as chromakey but select black and white alpha color to remove the tiny black border. Regards, YR

  Hi, In timeline mode, did you try selecting all of the photos, Ctrl+A, and then applying the border? Works for me in Movie Edit Pro, should work in PhotoStory.
