RE: MAGIX Movie Studio 2024 Platinum problems
@AAProds HI Al . . . . The "problem" must be in the file header info . . . . Agreed - it has info in it that should not be there in the header and the file, ie stream 1 is a mp2 audio stream and is not standard for the .MTS file format As I said

RE: Poor result on still image travelling
Thanks guys ! I put all four video on an USB stick, then on my TV, a recent small LG OLED, model 2022, max 100Hz. They all show perfectly smooth movements ! Exactly what I was simply asking for. Nothing to do with what my computer displays! I'm

RE: The AV1 codec
@johnebaker @me_again Hi. Last time I looked VLC player did not support AV1 and I would think Media Player classic is too old and was last updated in 2017 as far as I can find out. Firefox was an early adopter but I think Edge also now supports AV1.

Moving a Photostory finished project from a desktop to my laptop
I created a large photostory project in Photosory 2023 version on my Dell desktop computer, has over 200 photos. I plan to use it at a party gathering this Sun Dec 3rd, to show on a big screen TV at a restaurant. I copied the MWV file from my

RE: The exported movie is much lighter and pale
@mike-eagle Hi . . . . In PotPlayer, and in Windows Media Player it is pale, but in Movies & TV it is OK . . . . In Windows settings, search for Colour Management, and check that sRGB IEC61966-2.1 is being used. and the monitor(s) is/are set to

RE: Which version supports 4k video editing
@johnebaker Both together is the standard designation for 3840 x 2160 16:9. But with resect to Magix video movie settings, each one is obviously different, as shown by the droplist in Movie Settings, and if you use a 4k ie 4096x2160 video for a 16:9

RE: Which version supports 4k video editing
@derek-brown Looking at 4k vs UHD, from what I can see, if UHD is exported as 4k, the picture is squashed horizontally in VLC Player and Virtual Dub. The image, when set to the height that shows no top/bottom bars, shows the sides well padded with

RE: movie of stage show but on stage LCD screens cause movie flicker
@spuddy13 Hi Brian. Large LCD screens were the bane of my my life when taking images for sports or event organisers. Quite often they are used to relay the event or give scores and are nearly always in view somewhere within a frame. It's a lot

RE: Playback Magix Studio 2023
@MarkAnders Two items of data strike me whilst quickly viewing your MediaInfo data, frame rate and audio sampling frequency. For Clipchamp the former is 30fps and the latter 44.1kHz; for MMS the former is 25fps and the latter 48kHz. Try exporting

Poor picture quality on an SD TV
Hi, I have posted here in the past regarding poor picture quality on UKTV broadcasts on Freeview. I gathered that, because the programmes they show are SD, the poor quality was coming from the upscaling to the native resolution of my HDTV. So, as a

RE: Progressive to Interlaced Question
@jak.willis Hi. You can't de-interlace an already converted file from progressive. You could add it again but there would be little benefit to doing that. What you may be experiencing is a difference in screen refresh rates if you have an older TV

RE: Hardware Encoding for MPEG-4 Export Stopped Working
@Ronald-King Hi. That's very odd. I once lost the ability to play MPEG-4 files after a Windows update but the files would not play in Windows Film and TV either. I had to download a single MP4 wrapper but doing that is risky and doesn't always

RE: MS2023: area outside of the viewable screen; change color
@nhong-xiong Hi, The short answer is no, or at least I have never seen it. By viewable TV screen area, do you mean the settings under the top menu, Effects, Movie Effects Settings, TV cropping? If so, what are your settings? EDIT:Wrong answer

RE: Progressive to Interlaced Question
