RE: Unwanted Black Background in Title
Are you sure you made the project + media backup carefully? I had an error message on running your MVP, including something like "No default presets found". Despite that it did load, producing worse results than before. Your suggestion sounds

RE: Unwanted Black Background in Title
I can delete all the media (photos and video), just keeping the titles and captions, and still reproduce the problem. It fails after rendering about 180 captions. I can simply send you the project files without media (or you could make your own

RE: Unwanted Black Background in Title
If you’re happy to share the smaller project exhibiting the problem we could try to reproduce it as one step in establishing whether it’s a bug. Use File > Backup copy > Copy project and media into a folder, zip it up and upload it to a host

RE: What’s Your Favorite Image Editing Software?
Hi This is a loaded question 😬. I have used many image editing programs eg Photoshop, Lightroom, (both on PC and MAC), Elements, GIMP, Xara Photo and Graphic Designer, Serif and Paintshop Pro (currently on X9 and my favourite go to editor) and many

RE: Save automatically
I've updated my signature with details of my PC.. What I meant when I said it sits for an hour, simply means that it's idle and if set to autosave every 10 minutes, it diligently autosaves every 10 minutes without any changes or any move of the

RE: When I Import I get these two notices , what do they mean ?
Hi John CB Just a couple of points on your comments:- Normally, I only get the message that you got if I use a flash drive. Strange that you got the message. Not strange - this is a standard warning that is asking if you would like to copy the file

RE: When I Import I get these two notices , what do they mean ?
Hi Craig, If you have copied your files to an external HD connected to your computer, that should do and that is the way that most of us do it - to a drive that is not C (the operating system drive). Also, we make sure that we have a backup in case

RE: Why does it take forever to export a video in Movie Edit Pro Plus
Without the details that Roger mentions it's hard to see why your export speed should be so significantly slower than his, using his AMD-based PC. If posting those details here doesn't quickly explain the distinction, I'd suggest you then make a

RE: unable to access soundpools from older Music Maker versions
@falling_starz Hi, How far back are you going? My first one was 2013 basic, and I only have the install file, didn't keep any other ones, but I know that I received some Soundpools, probably +1000 Sounds. For 2014 Premium, I have the install files,
