I need to know if this device will, or will not work with MEP so I can go a different direction if I have to... Is anybody else successfully using an Intensity Shuttle for video input and capturing with MEP 2013? According to what I've read on

Hi You have to use the supplied software and drivers that came with the camera to import via USB to your computer - see the camera manual pg 44. MEP 17 will not recognise the camera via USB, only by the DV / Firewire / IEE1394 connection which

Hi Which model of Pioneer camera do you have?  If it records to hard drive or memory card you should see the camera in Windows Explorer as another drive.  In this case navigate to the folders containing the video and copy straight to your

Hi . . . why no drive is selectible under "select drive" on the import screen? . . . IIRC this is not selectable because this import option is for a DV camera connected by Firewire. ( I stand to be corrected on this one.) With a camera that

Hi..thanks for that explanation. I admit to being a newbie at this but here's what I am trying to do. I made a 4 (mono) track recording of the band I play in (with an Edirol R44)  but the rhythm guitar couldn't make the session. The NRV10 has  4

Thanks very much, John.    Yes, I am connecting by firewire and using Windows 7 64bit.   I followed your tutorial and it worked perfectly.   I can now record in both AVI and MPEG.  What a great asset this on-line community is.

Hi How are you connecting the DV camera to the PC? Which version of Windows 7 are you using and is it 32bit or 64bit. If you are using Firewire (IEEE 1394) connection and you have Windows 7 64bit (any version) then see this tutorial John

Hi The only Belkin firewire card supported by Win 7 is the F5U504ea. If you have any other Belkin card eg a   F5U623, F5U502b or a  F5U602ea then these are not supported by Win 7 (from the Microsoft web site). Drivers may be installed and
