    RE: Menu Buttons
@denverdisc Hi I suspect Vegas DVD Architect (DVDA) is what you are looking for, I use it for creating discs using video exports from MEP. DVDA is far more sophisticated than MEP, and Video Pro X (VPX) for the creation of BD and DVD discs ie

If that's not possible why waste my time further with needless questions. Excuse me? Why waste our time with your questions? You have not even explained what menu you're talking about. Do you mean the user interface menu at the top of the screen,

    RE: Bilingual audio
@emmrecs. Thank you for joining in, Jeff. It's my understanding as well that the tape recorder put the languages on separate audio tracks, each mono. Your proposed solution -- muting one channel -- is exactly what I would try to do, but can't figure

    RE: trouble with loading
@dpewit I do not understand : how can I create the ISO disc image? Look at the image in @johnebaker's post directly above yours. On that Burn screen, at the top, there is a drop-down menu which includes your internal DVD burner and "Image Recorder".

You are quite right when you highlight that line from the burn log about the Splitpoint. That was where I started from when attempting to analyse the problem: your project, as originally exported, is too large for a single-layer disc. Reducing the

Thanks for joining in John. I have some success to report - this last Burn with minimum CBR encoding (3224 Kbps) and VBR multiplexing produced a working DVD. Unfortunately, sync is still an issue - good at the beginning, out by about 2 secs by the

Hi Jeff, thanks for responding. I'll leave the system and media details until later as I think the big picture I've given is reasonably sufficient. The HD has oodles of free space and, since posting, I have succeeded in completing a disc image but

I'm going to export my film from VPX using the "Intermediate CODEC" rendering option. Then try to import into DVD_Architect to make a BluRay with a menu. For some reason VPX slows to a crawl (10-hours) when trying to render H.265 (HEVC) and MP4

I have used .wav and mp3 and it happens both ways. I have tried it with AVIs, MPEg2S and with Magix Video files. None seem to make a difference. Personally, I think it's either a rogue setting that I am not aware of OR a bug in the program. No
