Mic Input not working

Hi, Music maker will not detect or show audio coming in from my pc mic input, I tested the mic, it works on discord, all apps have access to my mic, i went into the settings picked the ASIO driver both Magix Low Latency 2016 and ASIO4ALL, went to

@Trisha-Mann Hi . . . . I downloaded ASIO2WASAPI and installed it. . . . This begs the question why - it is not a required, nor Sound Forge driver. Sound Forge already comes with the correct ASIO (Magix Low Latency 2016), WDM and WASAPI

@wikus-g If you want to hear yourself playing you need to use the ASIO driver, Magix Low Latency comes with Music Maker. Please make a screenshot off your Audio/MIDI settings in the program settings so we can see what you have selected.

Sound Blaster z no midi sound - Solutions?

At first, it was working fine. Then I switched to direct sound so I can use another program in which I can to talk to someone. Then switched back to Magix Low Latency 2016 no midi sound. Upgraded to 2021 it worked again but the same problem occurred

What driver do you suggest I use then as it only allows the Presonus "Studio USB ASIO Driver" or the "Magix Low Latency 2016". I have tried both but no luck with the midi Controller. Thanks, Tommy
