RE: problems with acid pro 9
That only works in the 32 Bit version with Acid9, or in the current Acid9 public beta (9.0.3.29) both 32 Bit and 64 Bit which you can download in this forum via link in the public beta thread. But there are still issues with MP3 loading, especially

RE: Acid pro 9
With "the last update", you refer to exactly which version? Acid Pro 9 V9.0.3.29 (public beta) I assume?

I want to do this but I have AP8 installed. Probably a dumb question but if I install the beta version of AP8 will that open as a separate application or will it overwrite the copy I have? I am afraid that it will overwrite the previous AP8

RE: Acid Pro Next VST instruments are all completely broken
The developers will look into this problem. In the mean time, can you try the public beta version (both available for AP8 and AP9, also AP-Next) to check if the problem is still existing. Keep your current Acid installer, so you can go back if there

RE: ReWire slave problems- basically unusable
The ReWire Slave not working bug has been fixed now, it should be included in the public beta version that was released yesterday.

Am I missing something here? I installed the beta of Acid PRO 9.0 x64 (9.03 b29) and pointed it at the three VST folders I have for x64, VST3 and x86 VSTs... Edit: it doesn't seem to have picked up any of the 32bits effects either. Edit #2: None

Thanks @Torsten, hopefully this more open view of the beta progress for the entire community will lead to fewer bugs make it out of beta! 👍

RE: Thoughts from a ONCE loyal customer

ACID Pro 8 / 9 / Next - public beta versions October, 25
Dear loyal customers & forum members! With great consternation we have noticed the many disappointed posts in the forum. A lot of issues concern VST plug-ins and we know that... When we ported the existing codebase to 64-bit we have decided

RE: MIDI playable chopper not working in Acid Pro Next
Hello! Let's see how we get the issue solved. First, please look in the chopper, if the loaded clip contains beatmarker. If not, add some with the shortcut "M". Next, look at the MIDI notes that are at the bottom of each marker. The first chop is

RE: Acid 9.0.3 (26) still problem with Beatmaper
@Newman-cz, you'll be happy to hear there is work underway to back port some of the changes present in Acid 9/Pro/Next to Acid8/Pro/AMS11, and this work should make fixing issues across all versions easier for the development team going forward. An

Is this a beta? I'm on 9.0.1 and can see no updates. As far as I know, this is not a Beta....when I originally saw this post, I wondered why I hadn't been informed via the Program like I had for previous updates/upgrades, so I went to my account

If I understand correctly, you're highlighting how beatmapping on an MP3 file very often drifts. Also you may notice that when you zoom in an out on many MP3 files the waveform will skip/glitch at certain zoom levels. This used to be a problem on

RE: ACID 9.0.1 and VSTs
Then I have to assume that the next release will be v10 and I for one will not be wasting any more money on this. If they really want to restore faith in any of this then they have to have a proper beta test and roll out a version of v9 that
