I'm using Acid Pro 11 and find that although I can open Melodyne to edit audio clips, any edits I make aren't being saved. So next time I re-open Acid and open the song, all the edits have gone missing so I just hear the original untreated track.

requires the ser # everytime I start the pgm.

I had a crash. Removed SF13, then Reloaded the program. Put in correct ser#, etc. Now, pgm requires a ser # everytime I boot the thing. Also, the original ver was 13.0.45. Now, it says just 13 and there is NO upgrade. Please help.

Constantly asking to Log-In every time I launch the application

I originally bought the MAGIX Music Maker 2021 Premium and it has been having updates and runs fine, but after this last 3.1.2 update; I'm apparently required to constantly log in and re-enter my serial number? how do I keep it to stay logged in
