  @David-Rees Which audio driver is selected in the program preferences? Usually, Microsoft Sound Mapper should work fine, in case this is caused by the audio driver.

  It seems to be solved. I bought a new TV, then I took a pure .mts file and with no any settings I exported it to .mp4 format and put it on tv. Playback worked with no problem. Time has passed from my old tv.

  @Former user It seems that version 22 was released in October 2016, so some time before Windows 11. However, that date implies it was designed to work with Windows 10 so should also work with Windows 11. Assuming you already own version 22 why not
