  Thanks, I appreciate all the replies. In C:/Program Files/ I don't have a MAGIX folder but I do have a SOUND FORGE and a VEGAS folder. Vegas has some chm files for plugins and one html file for a chromium licence but nothing for help. Vegas help

  @Richard-Linn Welcome to the Magix user to user forums. Does your serial key begin with P3? If it does, are you sure it is a key for AMS 11? (Magix serial keys are product and version specific.) If it does not begin with P3 it is not a licence
