  Remove second e-mail address & Activation, create a single Email?
  I have one product activated on a second email account. I deactivated the product and uninstalled in the computer. Trying to activate it on the first account but it says " this serial number has already been registered to another email address.

  @Zoran-Rukavina Hi The mediaInfo data shows that the video is a 'standard' although with an incorrect audio sample rate format, MMS 2024 should not have an issue with the files. However there is an issue that should be fixed before proceeding
