bought a soundpool and cant get it on to my music maker..

I bought a soundpool but every time i hit the download content button i get an error message from Magix installer.. followed the steps on the forum. clean and rescan . im ready to give up with Magix... not the same anymore.. its just a money grab now

@henryebdon Maybe it helps if you reset the program settings under the File and Settings menu. I'm not sure if this option was there in MM 2015. It's there in newer versions of Music Maker.
