  Sound forge 9 in windows 10 pro slow palyback of audio outside the pro
  Just bought a new pc. i7, 16 gigs ram. Windows 10 pro. Recorded a voice over. Plays back normal in SF9. Plays back slow outside the program. Please help me fix this issue.
