RE: Audio bit rate on SF Audio studio 17
@Kev38 The bitrate is a quantity for the amout of data transfered over a certain time. Audio quality is measured in bit depth and sample rate, usually 16 or 24 bits and 44.1 kHz or 48 kHz. You can change the bit depth and sample rate at the bottom

@AAProds Greetings Al, Ever since the Nvidia 590 series driver debacle just before Christmas 2025 I've had problems with my 4060 - possible slightly different to your because I'm using MS2025 which hasn't had the updates. I rolled the driver back to

@Reyfox Thanks for your reply, you make some interesting comments - I especially take your point about ProDAD. "As for beta testing, no matter the software you buy, that is what you will be, paying to beta test" True but it doesn't mean I have to

Hi Rick, the proofer who was listening to the files first reported it on her machine and when I checked the files on my machine (different countries), she was right. The anomalies didn't appear in the WAV files, just the MP3s after conversion. Also,

@Jamil-Taylor Hi . . . . The larger file is not even playable . . . . It won't because until the file is correctly closed, the header information is not written to the file header. An interesting puzzle as to why the file is being split. When you

RE: H264 Export Frame Rate of 16.67 Possible?
@browj2 Excellent stuff John, I'll be interested to see if I can get close that quality. I see the frame pattern 1,2,2,3,3,4,5,5,6,6,7,8,8,9,9,10,11,11,12 but I guess that is the nature of the beast, changing the frame rate. Magical memories, for

@jak.willis Regarding using all I-Frames, won’t that also produce a massively large file size? Greetings, Not compared to some options. If I'm guessing correctly I assume you exported using the "Uncompressed video" option in Export. This option does

RE: Best resolution for a still from movie
@1940 In Movie Studio, it's 7680x4620. Export movie>Single Frame as JPEG or BMP, PNG VPX may have a higher resolution. As Jeff says, there'd be a fair amount of upscaling going on so whether the quality would be the best would be arguable.

@AAProds Hi Al, Yes, in which case you would be defeating the purpose. Question - take a camera, shoot for 1 minute in 1080 and 1 minute in 4K. Are the file sizes the same? No, not unless you mucked around with something. Same with export, if you

@emmrecs Jeff, I fear we are headed for a merrygoround ride; a sample of your capture (which I assume is MPEG 2 from that internal card you use?) will allow us to investigate further. See my making a snippet with AVIDemux if you don't know how to.
