    RE: Static and audio dropouts
First, thank you for your response. 2 questions. Is Magix Low Latency 2016 an ASIO? If not, what should I be looking for? Will this also solve the static problem? Sorry, up till this point I was able to create without having to learn the big

    RE: No sound
@Darren-McMaster-Smith There are different ways to choose instruments. Nothing unusual here. Make sure you have selected an ASIO driver in the Audio settings of Samplitude, for example Magix Low Latency. In the same settings set the Monitoring Mode

RE: NO SOUND from Samplitude Music Maker
@janthyer No sound in exported mp3 from Music Studio. Also export dialog completely confusing. It used to be very simple. Depending on the ASIO driver you use, you only have sound in Samplitude. For example, drivers like Magix Low Latency and

RE: Sound Forge corrupts Windows 10 audio drivers
hi @Bill-Dyszel...if you're getting white noise or static during playback, this is simply an incompatibility with your onboard sound card and the Magix Low Latency 2016 driver...removing that driver will fix the white noise/static issue.  Here's how

Thanks for your suggestions rraud. That got me thinking more about all the nitty-gritty details. Rebooting did not help. What DID help was to look at the Options->Preferences->Audio and change the output/playback from ASIO Low-Latency driver

RE: Hissing sound every 5 seconds
@Charles-Miskimon  This could be caused by the Magix Low Latency Audio driver.  I don't know if you can get rid of the noise by adjusting the driver configuration.  The forum usually recommends removing the driver.  Press Windows Key + R on the

@Jim-Roshelli MME is an ancient Windows sound driver. Were you using Magix Low Latency or ASIO4ALL? Don't you have a driver for your interface? Please check its manual or the website of the manufacturer. It's not really clear from reading your posts

@gizzrecords What was your old Music Maker version? Did it still use the Magix Low Latency driver? It should still be available. You can also try to reset the program settings under the File > Settings menu.

@JobyJob-Mo Do you have other ASIO drivers available other than Magix Low Latency? Music Maker ASIO? You can install the free demo version of FL Studio which will also install the FL Studio ASIO driver. Maybe this driver can be selected.

@Lars-Kristoffersen Yeah, I believe this simply shows up, if the audio driver gets enabled. Go into the program preferences. There you can select the audio driver. Usually, you want to select an ASIO driver, for example the Magix Low Latency driver.
