    Hey so I'm just trying to activate Sony Vegas Pro 21. I just reinstalled Windows. Normally when I try to login it lets me deactivate one of my PC's so I can activate this one. But I've never seen this error before. I'm using the same Serial number

    Yes, that is how I log into my Magix account. I do not do it from within either Vegas or Magix user forums. Logging in from the forum requires two logins, one for the forum and one for Magix.

    @Relayer74 I assume you used a different e-mail address in the past? The license might be bound to your old Sony customer account e-mail address. All customer accounts where transferred from Sony to Magix. So you need to login with your old e-mail

    @Roberto-Kirst If you registered Sound Forge Audio Studio 10 with Sony, you can use the same login credentials (e-mail and password) at Magix.com and download it there. Regarding version 17, you can now only get old stock licenses from third party

    I should point out specifically what is popping up. It is a grey box that says 'welcome' in the top left. It shows the serial number as well as my email address login. The yellow prompt box says 'activate and register immediately online'. I believe
