Unrecognized CD Key

I’ve got a ‘Save Your Videotapes!’ box and I’m trying to download the software.
The thing is, I’ve got the serial number, but when I enter it in the relevant field to download it, I get an error message saying something like ‘Incorrect serial number’.

Has this happened to any of you?
How can I sort this out?

Hi

If the 'number' you have and assuming the software has not been installed before :

  1. If the 'number' you have does not start with P3- then you most likely have a voucher code, if so then you can redeem the voucher here, you will then receive the serial number by email and download link.
     
  2. If the serial number begins with P-, or P2- the software is obsolete.and no download is available, you would have to upgrade to the current version.
