RE: 365 upgrade not working

I did capture it on video but was unable to upload. A screen with a big check mark and "Installing update" with a progress bar pops up for 1 second, goes away and that's it. I reload v16 and it say I should upgrade. It would be nice if Magix just

To log on to write this took 24 - yes TWENTY FOUR - capture thingys to log on even though the bottom right button marked NEXT changed to VERIFY many times. Agree. It's just as cheap-charlie system. Just slap up and image and put a grid on it. Thanks

@me_again Hi I don't think you can rename them, they could be marked as Favorites so only the ones you like show in the Favorites drop-down, or you can apply the effect to an object & then right click or use the hamburger menu - Save Video

Trouble installing

I am trying to download and install Movie Studio 2025 Platinum. When I try to install I get a pop up with a yellow exclamation mark that says abort, try again or ignore. I can not get it to go past this. I am using a Windows PC running Windows 11.
