  @Wobblebottom Your processor is too slow, Music Maker requires a processor with at least 2 Ghz. Clean the store in the program settings to solve login problems. If you cannot log into your user account you cannot use the premium edition features.

  My guess is that you had Music Maker 2021 Premium Edition but have updated to Music Maker 2022 which has not been without problems. I'd suggested uninstalling and then login to your Magix Account and download the MM2021 installer from your products
