You would need to create a transparent image the size of your video, such as 720x480 for SD. in Photoshop or any paint program that will save a transparent tiff file. Put your watermark in that file then layer it under your video on the timeline. A

Did you save all of your images as "Save For Web"? You can do this with most graphic programs. If you have Adobe Photoshop Elements, look under "File". Or, if you use Microsoft Office, use the Picture Manager and it also has this function.Music:
