  The device shows up as a codec and real cryptic settings. the Alesis mixer does not show up as track 1, or track 2 as most interfaces might show. i'm not sure the ASIO4ALL is worth anything, doesn't seem to work. at all.

  @Bill-Harris Did you select an ASIO driver in the Samplitude Music Studio program settings? You also need to enable the Mixer FX Monitoring Hybrid Engine (pull the slider completely to the right).

  My monitor speakers and headphones are connected to the mixer. I believe the problem is within the computer settings.I am playing a song on Virtual DJ and as you can see it also appears on the microphone signal. Probably not a Music Studio problem.
