Thanks Jeff. Yes, I ment uninstall. I tried to delete other files that I could find also, but this did not solve the problem. I have looked at the tutorial, but I could not see any steps other than how to get my serial number on the Magix web page.

@Deana-Butler I hope that pressing F1 when you're in Photo Manager gives you the manual for Photo Manager and not Windows! If you look at other Magix programs, the F1 type manual is usually the same as the pdf manual, just in a different format.
