  @Gerald-Shantz Right click on the audio in the top area of the program and select to split up stereo channels. Then simply click on the '2'-button on the right side of the audio area too enable the second track. Sound Forge and Sound Forge Audio

  @Fred-Hoeser Hi . . . . channel . . . . I assume you mean 'track', 'channel' is usually used when referring to audio, eg stereo has a left and right channel. From what you are describing would suggest that there is another video or image object
