Recording a narration to accompany video.
Greetings all, I have just encountered yet another problem that I have no idea how to overcome (like most others) and the problem is this. I have a video that orginally had a music soundtrack recorded to accompany the video. I'v decided I don't

Thanks for replying, Scene.  I neglected to mention that I had already tried a repair install of Magix, but I went ahead and did it again anyway, sent everything back to default, and even recaptured the video, even though it was playing

Questions about Movie Edit Pro 2014 Plus features
I used MEP 17 Plus for several years but switched to another brand when I got a new computer for 3 reasons: 1) Poor video performance when previewing transitions, etc. 2) Nagging problem of audio and video out of sync on long clips from my

Hi, This one is a bit of a mess due to several m2t files not syncing due to blank frames at start of file and audio muted at end of files. Had to cut and paste a lot spreading over several tracks, as well as a new audio file to replace the orig

RE: Movie edit Pro 2014 - The audio track has developed an unwanted echo and stutter. How do I get rid of it and stop it happening again?
Hi fays I am experiencing something similar and it sounds like it could be similar to the reported problem in this recent post: http://www.magix.info/us/magix-movie-edit-pro-2014-sound-reproduction-goes-fluttery.forum.1085795.html. While

The audio and video track in the timeline are progressively going out of sync on an MPG file.
The one hour clip was automatically splitted into three MPG files. At the end of each approx 30 min file the video shows some jidder and skipping for approx. 3 seconds while the audio remains unaffected. The 3 seconds are consistant with the outof

Hi Terry, I have rarely had any menu problems that were not self-inflicted. I haven't tried out many, but for those that I did, I did not try anything fancy. I agree with John EB that you should not try to put too many buttons on one screen. I

RE: Why am I getting video noise during importing?
Hi I think the problem is more fundamental - the symptoms you are describing are those associated with video tapes which are deteriorating/worn due to age, poor storage conditions,  print through or cheap tapes resulting in the VCR unable to

Audio out of sync, but only the first clip.
This is one weird problem. I have a full edited video of about 2-3 min. long. Every time I try to export this movie, the audio is out of sync, more specifically about 15 frames too slow. Weird thing is, it occurs only for the first clip of my

RE: mep 2014 Audio breaking on play back
Hi. First, the HDMI interface carries both video and audio.  So if you are also using a separate audio input you are, it appears, recording two audio streams.  Is that correct?  I see you say "audio is turned off", presumably at the camera(?)

    Audio Problems
I'm not sure what is wrong but, the audio of the video that I insert into the program starts in sync but then part-way though, becomes unsynced. The file (a .mpg) only does this in the Magix Movie Edit Pro 15 Plus. When it is played though Windows

    RE: Mono to Stereo
Hi InvisibleWar, It is not really that big a deal to have two channels of audio.  Movie edit pro will play your audio on both the left and right speaker so if you just don't want audio coming out of one speaker it is no problem.  If you want to
