  Are you referring to the 'mix' process? Do you have Sound Forge 12 Audio Studio or SF Pro. SFAS 12 was a unique build and had a few processes other SF versions did not and the UI was also different.. (good and bad) .

  @naren17 Hold CTRL and SHIFT and double click on the Sound Forge program icon to start the program. Keep holding CTRL and SHIFT until a small window appears that will ask you if you want to reset the program settings. Maybe it will work again.

  [Solved] Last used preset for Effects and Processes
  In Sound Forge 17 I have encountered an strange issue. When I apply an Effect or Process on a file and I use a presset, next time when I am opening the same EFX or Process I have to select that presset again because it changes to another presset.
