  Second Correction. After restarting my computer and MEP all Size Position Rotations functioned within all modes of use. If you have problems try a restart of the system. Ray.

  Size Position Rotation is not as fixed as I would like. With a mouse I can only drag a selection up and down, not sideways. Mouse cannot drag horizontal number box but can drag vertical numbers. Ray.
